A light weight 240V AC magnetic yoke for Magnetic particle Inspection, using both wet and dry methods. It is used to detect surface defects and cracks in ferromagnetic components and structures with it's AC magnetic field. Simple to use it comes as standard with flexible legs and a mounted induction powered LED light useful for inspections in areas of low light.

A light weight permanent magnetic yoke for Magnetic particle Inspection. It is used to detect surface and subsurface defects and cracks in ferromagnetic components and structures with it's DC magnetic field. Simple to use it is particularly useful in hazardous areas where powered equipment is not allowed, or where mains power is not available. Magnet height 45mm and overall length is 310 mm. All Crack Detectors are numbered and certified. Permanent Magnet tested to Standard AS 1171, ASME V or BS6072.

SL3100 is a light weight adjustable UV headlamp featuring a 5W Nichia UV LED. Powered by a Lithium ion battery pack it offers 3.5 hours of continuous operation. The LED is not affected by magnetic fields, and there is no warm up time for maximum intensity. UV intensity and irradiated area can be focused between spot and flood by adjusting the lamp head. The lamp head can be tilted downwards, up to 90deg. The lamp is supplied with a 240V charger and comes in a carry case.
